PACE Youth Theatre was established in 1988. It is based at Spires Drama Studios and also presents work at other venues in Paisley, for young people aged 3-21.

Workshops take place at various times every week during school term time (approximately 33-34 workshops per year) and are run by our full team of drama, technical and musical staff. Workshops follow our unique new youth theatre syllabus programme, devised to increase confidence, communication, self-expression and performance skills, as well as being a great way to meet new friends and have lots of fun!

Feral are Glasgow producers who support artists making cross artform work and champion makers who explore new artistic languages through their practice.

They are former programmers of The Arches and between them have spearheaded the curatorial, practical and logistical delivery of several festivals and exhibitions that nurture artistic development and the presentation of risk taking multi-disciplinary art. Central to their ethos is platforming work in unusual and “found spaces” that celebrates the urban canvas of Glasgow.

As highly motivated and audience focused arts professionals we have combined 14 years of experience in artist development and large scale festivals. Recent successes include forging presentation partnerships with venues such as Botanic Garden’s, Tron, CCA, Tramway, Citizen’s Theatre, Traverse Theatre, The Pierce Institute, Summerhall, Dance Base, Glasgay, Refugee Week, Sound Thought Festival, Glasgow Film Festival and Renfrewshire Leisure.

Toolkits

Supporting Creativity

We recommend to our partners using the following toolkit to aid their process of creative inquiry.  Not everyone will need or want to fill it in and perhaps you might just use to help design a workshop session, to stimulate discussion and gather people’s thoughts and feedback.

Our Engagement Manager will work to gather the written part of the forms and, of course you too can design your own questions and written answers if you wish.
